Xenial India is a B2B technology-driven hospitality industry providing corporate organisations with cost-effective, streamlined and hassle-free business lodging, MICE and cab services across PAN India.

In this case study, we will present how our social media strategies helped them to boost their brand awareness.

This case study aims to evaluate how effectively we used social media strategy in helping to reach its objectives.

The Challenges

Xenial India provides the hospitality service across PAN India, but due to the lack of brand awareness, they could not reach their target audience.

So, they hired us to help improve their brand awareness and web presence.

 

The Strategy

First, we identified their target audience and approached them through Instagram.We created engaging content that resonates with its target audience. After that, we created their Instagram profile and posted engaging content daily. We used the CRM platform to track the success of the social media strategies, and it helped us to understand what was working and what was not working and made modifications to plans.
